Members Gallery Space

If you would like to be considered for an exhibition in one of ACOR’s member’s gallery spaces please read below to find out how to submit your materials

Your submission package should include the following:

  1. Artist biography and/or Artist statement

  2. Five (5) digital images (jpeg) of the work you are interested in exhibiting or a link to your website. All images should be clearly labeled with the artist’s name, title of work, medium, the year the work was produced

  3. A complete list of all works that will be included in the exhibit. A brief statement about the exhibit

  4. Signed copy of gallery contract (download here)

Exhibiting artists are required to:

  1. Insure their artwork and include ACOR as a co-insured ??? on their policy

  2. Document artwork, provide list and labels

  3. Be responsible for installation and breakdown (bring their own tools, hooks, pedestals,ready to hang properly framed work)

  4. Host an Opening and Closing Reception (for ACOR Members’ Gallery only)

  5. 20% Commission on all goods sold to be paid ACOR

Proposals will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Professional Intent

  • Quality of work

  • Type of work

  • Availability of space

Submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis.
