We are a non-profit arts organization dedicated to advancing the arts,
culture, and the role of
artists in our community.
The Arts Council of Rockland seeks to foster appreciation and participation in the arts in the diverse communities that reside in Rockland County by providing programs of interest to the community and our members, professional development to artists and educators, marketing resources for artists and arts organizations, access to grant opportunities, and increased opportunities to network and collaborate.

A Comprehensive Arts & Culture Plan for Rockland County is essential to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and economically thriving community.
Such a plan would provide strategic direction for investing in local artists, cultural institutions, and creative initiatives, while also ensuring equitable access to the arts across all neighborhoods. It would also strengthen arts education, attract tourism, and support small businesses.
