Audiobooks are a multi-billion dollar industry, and a leader in publishing revenues, but for many entrepreneurial authors, audiobooks remain untapped and misunderstood. When and where should resources be invested in order to create a successful audiobook? Should every writer narrate their own book or hire a professional voice talent (or use an AI voice)?
