Development Manager/Grant Writer (part-time)
This role is an opportunity to lead the fundraising efforts at a nonprofit dedicated to produce or sponsor arts, multi-cultural and entertainment programming for the benefit of diverse audiences in and around Rockland County. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of grants from government agencies, foundations, corporate and individual donors while prospecting for new grant opportunities.
Box Office (Part-time)
Use ArtsRock's ticketing system to sell tickets at the door and help check in guests. Basic understanding of web-based applications is needed. Training provided.
Flyer Distribution Specialist (part-time)
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position is specifically responsible for flyer distribution throughout Rockland, Westchester, and Bergen Counties. Must have a car and clean driving record and be outgoing and personable to expand the number of locations where flyers are placed.
Program assistant (part-time)
The Rockland Community Foundation is looking for a motivated Part Time Program Associate to assist and/or spear-head various tasks at the Foundation including scholarships, grant requests, social media posts and special events. The Arts Council of Rockland, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the arts, culture, and the role of artists in Rockland County, is actively seeking volunteer board members. Our board members champion the importance of exceptional board leadership and believe that each and every organization needs a strong and effective board to fully realize its potential for good.
